Every year, ICA partners with local agencies and businesses to host a back to school drive benefitting refugee, immigrant and underprivileged children in Buffalo, NY. This year, we are hosting our 3rd back to school drive to help 300 children by partnering with Wexler Marketing Co., Inc., International Preparatory School at Grover Cleveland #187, Christ is the Answer International Fellowship Church and M&T Bank to ensure the event is a success.
Distribution of the school supplies will take place on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at International Preparatory school. Prior to receiving their supplies, students will first attend a financial empowerment session that will be led by M&T Bank's Multicultural Banking team.
We are seeking backpacks and school supply donations from the community to ensure we can help 300 children with what they need so they can have a successful 2021-2022 school year. Donations will be accepted now through August 14, 2021.
