Investing in the Future of Erie County Students

We’re excited to offer the ICA Academic Empowerment Scholarship to support students in Erie County who identify as members of minority and/or historically underrepresented groups and who are preparing for college or vocational training.

This scholarship recognizes your hard work, resilience, and commitment to your community, and is designed to encourage you as you take the next step in your education.

For 2026, five students will each receive a $250 scholarship to help cover tuition, fees, books, or other educational expenses at an accredited college, university, or vocational institution. Recipients will also receive a laptop, along with recognition through ICA’s website, social media, and annual celebration.
